We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager with an Engineering background (Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering) and proven B2B sales experience in international markets, especially the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa. Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Water & Wastewater, Cybersecurity, Industrial Automation, Power Distribution, and Petrochemicals is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop customer accounts with both technical & commercial support; maintain existing customers and identify new opportunities within accounts; build long-term customer relationships and coordinate project execution; identify, qualify, and convert new leads across the MENA region; develop business pipelines and expand the company's presence in target markets; build strong networks with industry contacts and decision-makers. Requirements: Fluent English (written & spoken); Engineering background is mandatory; knowledge of Electrical, Automation, Instrumentation, or Industrial Systems preferred; strong multitasking and organizational skills; customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; team player with an international mindset; willingness to travel internationally; experience in Oil & Gas, Water, Energy, Automation, Power Distribution, Cybersecurity, or Petrochemicals preferred. Compensation: Base Salary IRR 10,000,000,000 – IRR 12,000,000,000 per year.
