We are actively looking for an experienced IBM Netcool Developer with strong Telecom domain expertise and hands-on experience in IBM Netcool/OMNIbus, Tivoli NOI, and AI Ops development. Work Mode: 100% Onsite, Duration: 6 Months, Experience: 8–10+ Years. Must Have Skills: IBM Netcool / OMNIbus, IBM Tivoli Netcool NOI, AI Ops Development, Telecom Domain Experience (Mandatory), Netcool Impact, Netcool Probes & Gateways, Event Correlation & Root Cause Analysis. Additional Skills: Python / Shell Scripting / Java, REST & SOAP APIs, Kafka, Webhooks, SNMP, Syslog, MQTT, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kubernetes & Docker, ServiceNow Event Management, Ansible Automation, ELK / Splunk, TMF & Telecom Standards. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain IBM Netcool/OMNIbus solutions, Build event collection, normalization, and correlation across telecom networks, Develop probes, gateways, policies, and automation workflows, Implement alarm enrichment, suppression, deduplication, and RCA capabilities, Integrate Netcool with Inventory, Topology, GIS, PM, and Ticketing systems, Develop AI Ops and closed-loop automation solutions, Support predictive fault analytics and anomaly detection initiatives, Build custom APIs and integrations. Telecom Industry Experience is Mandatory. Strong IBM Netcool NOI / Tivoli NOI Development experience required. 100% Onsite Role.
