We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Chief Financial Officer to lead the Finance function of a multinational FMCG company in the Personal Care and Food industry. The role will oversee FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and Finance Strategy, while partnering closely with the leadership team to drive business growth, profitability, and financial excellence. Key responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance management; ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strong internal controls; overseeing cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital management; providing strategic financial insights; and leading, developing, and mentoring the finance team. Qualifications require a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field, CPA qualification, 15+ years of finance experience with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role (CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent), experience in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Consumer Pharma, Personal Care, or Food & Beverage industries, strong expertise in FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and Finance Strategy, and preference for multinational organization experience. This is a direct hire position.
