• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager with strong Pega project experience to oversee large-scale Pega delivery programs in Sydney, Australia. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Direct and oversee end-to-end program delivery for Pega implementations. - Manage program roadmaps, budgets, resource allocations, risks, and governance frameworks. - Act as the senior liaison between executive stakeholders, client leadership, and delivery teams. - Ensure alignment of project deliverables with overarching strategic and operational objectives. - Drive problem resolution and continuous improvement across the delivery teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong and mandatory hands-on experience managing Pega projects/programs. - Demonstrated success in managing large-scale software implementation and delivery programs. - Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. - In-depth understanding of enterprise project delivery models and governance. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are requested to submit their updated CV via email.
