• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join an enterprise-level initiative. The role involves managing large-scale cross-functional programs and serving as an essential conduit between business and technology domains. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Provide overall program oversight and governance. - Act as a key liaison between business and technology teams. - Manage and track requirements and deliverables. - Coordinate issue triage and resolution. - Manage JIRA boards, workflows, and project tracking. - Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics. - Prepare and communicate program status reports to executive stakeholders. - Drive coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven track record in enterprise-wide program and initiative management. - Strong executive stakeholder communication skills. - Excellent technical and business understanding. - In-depth expertise in performance reporting and KPI management. - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies. - Hands-on experience with JIRA. - Solid background in requirements gathering and documentation. - Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder management. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: North Carolina (NC), United States. - Work Mode: Onsite. - Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F) / Onsite interview. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should send their updated resume to the designated email address.
