Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Salesforce implementations, Field Operations, project delivery, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams and drive Salesforce initiatives from planning through implementation and production deployment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects supporting Field Operations. • Manage project scope, milestones, schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverables. • Coordinate Salesforce development, integrations, enhancements, and releases. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, QA, and architecture teams. • Translate business priorities into actionable project plans and drive execution. • Coordinate UAT, release readiness, deployment, and post-production support. • Identify delivery risks and proactively resolve project roadblocks. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, project meetings, and stakeholder reviews. • Provide regular project status updates, escalations, and delivery reports to leadership. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 8–10 Years of relevant experience. • IT Project Management & End-to-End Delivery. • Salesforce Implementations & Enhancements. • Field Operations / Field Service Processes. • Project Planning, Scope & Schedule Management. • Risk, Issue & Dependency Management. • Agile / Scrum Methodology. • Salesforce Integrations & Release Management. • UAT & Deployment Coordination. • Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Team Management. • Executive Reporting & Communication. • Nice-to-Have Skills: Salesforce Field Service, Salesforce Certifications, Enterprise Transformation & Integration Programs, Onshore / Offshore Team Coordination. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Day 1 Onsite – Strictly Required). • Work Arrangement: Onsite from Day 1; candidates must be able to work onsite. • Interview: Virtual Accepted.
