• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Program Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and implementation of a major Salesforce program. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead Salesforce program strategy, roadmap, and implementation. - Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables. - Oversee Salesforce integrations and workflow automation. - Coordinate business requirements and process improvements. - Drive change management, user adoption, and governance. - Provide regular progress updates and reports to leadership. - Manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams while mitigating project risks. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 7+ years of IT Project Management experience. - 5+ years of Business Process Analysis experience. - 3+ years of Salesforce experience. - 3+ years of Workflow Automation experience. - Proven experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams. - Strong vendor management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in MS Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical education. - Preferred: Large-scale Salesforce implementation experience. - Preferred: PMP Certification. - Preferred: Digital workflow automation experience. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States. - Work Mode: Primarily Remote – 1 Day Onsite in Columbus. - Interview Process: In-Person interview required. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are invited to share their updated resume.
