• Role & Company / Project Overview Above and Beyond Talent is seeking a Project Manager to support financial and operational initiatives within a Telecom Expense Management Unit. This contract role focuses on financial analysis, telecom expense optimization, carrier invoice auditing, budget forecasting, and large-scale data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel experience, and the ability to identify billing discrepancies, improve processes, and uncover cost-saving opportunities. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Support financial and operational initiatives within the Telecom Expense Management Unit - Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management - Execute Telecom Expense Management (TEM), telecom billing analysis, and carrier invoice auditing - Identify billing discrepancies, cost-saving opportunities, and unnecessary expenses - Perform vendor invoice reconciliation, budget tracking, and financial reporting - Develop reports and Power BI dashboards - Analyze large datasets using advanced spreadsheet tools • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management - Proven experience with Telecom Expense Management (TEM), telecom billing, and carrier invoice auditing - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and large dataset analysis - Demonstrated experience identifying billing discrepancies, cost-saving opportunities, and unnecessary expenses - Working knowledge of ServiceNow and PeopleSoft - Practical experience developing reports and Power BI dashboards - Proven background in vendor invoice reconciliation, budget tracking, and financial reporting - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: New York, NY - Working Model: Fully Onsite, five days per week - Role Type: Contract • Compensation & Benefits - Pay Rate: $70–$75 per hour • Application Instructions - Apply via email with the exact job title in your subject line for a rapid response.
