Role & Company / Project Overview: Tachyon Technologies is actively hiring an experienced Project Manager III (PM III) specializing in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). This position requires strong expertise in Portfolio Management, PPM Governance, and end-to-end delivery management. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Drive and oversee project and portfolio management initiatives utilizing ServiceNow SPM. • Establish and manage PPM governance frameworks, project lifecycle management, and portfolio alignment. • Coordinate financial management and oversee integration workflows with SAP. • Lead project tracking and sprint management through Azure DevOps. • Facilitate Agile and Scrum delivery rituals, sprint planning, and backlog refinement. • Leverage AI and ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities to optimize project management workflows. • Apply foundational ServiceNow platform administration concepts to support project workflows. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Portfolio Management & PPM Governance expertise. • Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). • Thorough understanding of Azure DevOps. • Demonstrated experience with Financial Management & SAP Integration. • Proven Agile / Scrum delivery experience. • Familiarity with AI / ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities. • Core understanding of ServiceNow Platform Administration concepts. • Preferred Certifications: - ServiceNow SPM Fundamentals - ServiceNow Platform Fundamentals through the Now Learning Platform Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Remote working arrangement supporting EST Time Zone. • Duration: 6+ Months contract.
