Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a long-term project on-site in New York City, NY. The role is open under C2C and W2 employment contracts. Key Responsibilities: • Lead comprehensive project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. • Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, objectives, and resource allocation. • Continuously monitor project progress, performance metrics, risks, and interdependencies. • Coordinate clear communication across cross-functional project teams, internal stakeholders, and external clients. • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to keep projects on track. • Prepare and present regular status reports to executive leadership. • Manage project budgets carefully to ensure financial accountability. • Conduct post-project evaluations to drive continuous process improvement. Qualifications & Mandatory Skills: • Proven background in Program and Project Management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, stakeholder communication, and analytical problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in modern project management software and tools. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. • Preferred: PMP or PRINCE2 certification, cross-functional leadership, risk management, and regulatory experience.
