Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking a senior Salesforce Project Manager / Technical Program Manager based in Irving, TX to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation and modernization programs. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and oversee enterprise Salesforce implementations and modernization initiatives • Manage Salesforce integrations and complex data migration efforts • Drive Agile delivery methodologies across project life cycles • Facilitate strong stakeholder and executive-level communication Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 10+ years of overall IT experience • 5+ years of dedicated Project/Program Management experience • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Proven experience in enterprise Salesforce implementations, modernization, integrations, and data migration • Strong stakeholder and executive communication abilities • Hands-on Agile delivery experience • Preferred/Nice to Have: Healthcare or Supply Chain industry experience; Contact Center / Customer Service Operations background; Salesforce certifications Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Irving, Texas, United States Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can direct message or submit an updated resume via the provided application email.
