We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV) for customer service operations. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise and project leadership to successfully deliver business-critical initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, delivery), defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, acting as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, leading Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives), coordinating cross-functional teams (Developers, Admins, QA, Architects), driving DevOps and CI/CD practices, overseeing UAT, release management, and deployments, and ensuring Salesforce governance, standards, and documentation. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce project delivery/technical leadership, proven experience managing Salesforce implementations (preferably Service Cloud Voice), strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and SCV, experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, strong planning, estimation, and risk management skills, familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. This is a 100% onsite position in Plano, Texas, for local candidates only with in-person interviews required.
