• Role & Company / Project Overview Seeking an experienced Pega CDH Senior Developer to lead complex decisioning architecture and delivery within enterprise Pega projects in Sydney, Australia. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Architect, design, and implement end-to-end Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions. - Design advanced decisioning logic, Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, customer journeys, and adaptive/predictive analytics. - Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and conduct code/configuration reviews. - Work with enterprise stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements and architectural standards. - Drive delivery and implementation quality across the Pega CDH project lifecycle. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Extensive hands-on project experience with Pega CDH is mandatory. - Proven track record of leading and contributing to enterprise Pega implementations or delivery projects. - In-depth knowledge of Pega platform capabilities, CDH design patterns, and best practices. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should send their updated CV via email, stating the position applied for.
