• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate and manage Pega-focused implementations and project deliveries in Sydney, Australia. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Guide cross-functional project teams through Pega implementation lifecycles. - Manage stakeholders, remove blockers and impediments, and ensure timely sprint delivery. - Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery leadership. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong and mandatory hands-on experience working on Pega projects. - Solid background in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. - Proven track record contributing to Pega implementations or delivery projects. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CVs via email.
