• Role & Company / Project Overview PT Dermavous Essensia Utama invites dedicated professionals to apply for the position of Warehouse Supervisor (SPV Gudang) to lead inventory management and logistics operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including handling raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and return goods. - Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO inventory systems, stock opname, inventory control, and general warehouse management practices. - Supervise and coordinate warehouse personnel, manpower deployment, and daily material flow activities. - Utilize ERP/inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel for tracking, reconciliation, and reporting. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum Associate (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related majors. - Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably within cosmetics manufacturing. - Comprehensive expertise in raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and return item logistics. - Solid understanding of FIFO/FEFO methods, stock taking, and inventory control. - Proficiency in inventory management systems, ERP, and Microsoft Excel. - Detail-oriented, disciplined, assertive, and equipped with proven leadership capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Onsite operations in Karanganyar RT 001/01, Karanganyar, Palur, Kec.
