Role & Company / Project Overview: PT Everpro Indonesia Technologies is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Karawang. Employment Type is Contract. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise warehouse manpower and oversee daily warehouse operations • Manage inbound, outbound, receiving, storage, picking, and inventory control processes • Monitor inventory accuracy, productivity metrics, and operational targets • Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counting, stock opname, FIFO/FEFO methods, and precise warehouse documentation • Enforce warehouse safety standards, 5S methodologies, and material handling procedures • Coordinate and communicate effectively with Production, PPIC, Purchasing, Quality, and other cross-functional departments Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with proven track record in a manufacturing environment • Previous experience as Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Leader, or similar supervisory position • Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling, and logistics processes • Familiarity with WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems • In-depth understanding of stock accuracy, cycle counting, stock opname, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse documentation • Solid knowledge of warehouse safety, 5S practices, and material handling procedures • Fluent in English (both written and verbal), as the recruitment and interview process will be conducted fully in English • Strong leadership, manpower supervision, and team management skills • Good problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills • Easy-going, approachable, with strong interpersonal abilities across teams • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel • Detail-oriented, organized, disciplined, and responsible • Willing to be placed in Karawang Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Placement: Karawang, West Java, Indonesia • Employment Type: Contract Compensation & Benefits: • Recruitment process is completely free of charge (No fee recruitment) Application Instructions: • Submit your latest English CV via email with the subject format: Job Application – Warehouse Supervisor – [Your Name].
