Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview PT Dermavous Essensia Utama is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor (SPV Produksi) to oversee cosmetics manufacturing processes and team performance. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Oversee cosmetic production workflows including mixing, filling, packing, and related operational processes. - Manage and organize manpower allocation, production targets, work schedules, and machine utilization. - Monitor productivity, quality standards, and overall production efficiency. - Implement and enforce CPKB/GMP, SOPs, K3 (Occupational Health & Safety), and 5R/5S workplace standards. - Compile, analyze, and evaluate periodic production reports. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum Associate (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field. - Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably in cosmetics manufacturing. - Deep understanding of cosmetic manufacturing processes (mixing, filling, packing). - Strong knowledge of CPKB/GMP, SOP, K3, and 5R/5S principles. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Onsite role located at Karanganyar RT 001/01, Karanganyar, Palur, Kec.
