Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview PT Dermavous Essensia Utama is recruiting an experienced Maintenance Supervisor (SPV Maintenance) to oversee plant machinery, electrical, utility, and facility maintenance. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Plan, schedule, execute, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance across all production machinery. - Troubleshoot and repair issues involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and utility systems. - Maintain production equipment including mixing, filling, packing machinery, and auxiliary production utilities. - Analyze machine breakdown patterns, identify root causes, and implement technical solutions. - Ensure strict compliance with K3 (safety), GMP/CPKB guidelines, and workplace safety standards. - Maintain maintenance records, technical documentation, and coordinate team activities. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in plant or machinery maintenance, or a related discipline. - Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and facility utility systems. - Strong expertise in preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and production machine troubleshooting. - Familiarity with maintaining mixing, filling, and packaging machinery. - Knowledge of K3 safety regulations and CPKB/GMP standards. - Strong leadership, coordination, analysis, and documentation skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Onsite facility located at Karanganyar RT 001/01, Karanganyar, Palur, Kec.
