SC Infra, a subsidiary of the Suez Canal Authority (SCA), is hiring a qualified Senior Electromechanical Engineer specializing in Fire Fighting Systems. The role involves designing, reviewing, and executing complex fire protection networks for infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications for fire fighting systems; performing and verifying hydraulic calculations to ensure NFPA compliance; coordinating with civil and architectural teams on-site and in the technical office; and overseeing procurement to ensure materials meet project standards. Requirements include a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Electromechanical Technical Office or Site works with a strong focus on Fire Fighting Systems, deep knowledge of fire protection systems (hydraulic calculations, sprinkler systems, gas suppression, fire pumps, etc.), thorough understanding of NFPA codes and local civil defense regulations, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Elite (hydraulic calculations), and MS Office.
