LIGANOVA GmbH is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (all genders) for their Stuttgart office in the Events and Live Experiences sector. This role involves independent planning and execution of events and projects, strictly adhering to budgets and timelines. Responsibilities include end-to-end project management from initial costing and offer creation to ongoing cost control and final billing. As a seasoned interface, you will coordinate internal teams, cooperation partners, and external production and logistics service providers. You will provide strategic support and development for exciting brands and clients across various industries, acting as the central point of contact responsible for operational implementation of their requirements. You will manage all project workflows, securing and developing quality standards throughout all project phases. The ideal candidate has at least 4-5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in event or live experiences, with proven team coordination skills, commercial acumen, and holistic consulting competence. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as excellent MS-Office skills and fluency in German and English are required.
