We are seeking an experienced Chief Gaming Operations Officer (CGOO) to lead gaming operations, product development strategy, live services, monetization, and global expansion across a fast-growing gaming organization. Oversee game development operations and live service performance. Lead esports, community, and content ecosystem initiatives. Manage product roadmaps, launches, and platform scaling. Ensure technical performance, stability, and user experience excellence. Build and lead high-performing gaming and development teams. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Game Development, Computer Science, Business, Media, or related field, 15+ years of leadership experience in gaming, interactive entertainment, or digital media, strong expertise in game operations, live services, and digital platforms, proven success managing large-scale gaming products or studios, and exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
