We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead and optimize the full AP function, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence. Key requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, 8-10 years of experience in Accounting/Finance with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial Accounts Payable role, strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), three-way matching, accrual accounting, and month-end closing, experience with Oracle ERP and advanced Excel skills, a strong understanding of Egyptian VAT and withholding tax regulations, and proven leadership, stakeholder management, and process improvement experience. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, leading AP month-end and year-end closing activities, overseeing vendor reconciliations and payment processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, collaborating with Procurement, Treasury, and Finance teams, driving automation and process improvement initiatives, and leading, coaching, and developing the AP team.
