We are seeking an experienced Chief Clinical Research Operations Officer (CCROO) to lead clinical trials operations, research program management, regulatory compliance, and strategic development across a global life sciences organization. Key Responsibilities: Oversee clinical trial operations and research site performance, manage study design execution, timelines, and data integrity initiatives, ensure compliance with global regulatory and ethical standards, manage CRO partnerships, research vendors, and clinical networks, drive innovation in clinical development and trial efficiency, build and lead high-performing clinical operations teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field, 15+ years of leadership experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical development, strong expertise in clinical trial management and regulatory compliance, proven success managing large-scale clinical research programs, exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
