We are hiring for a Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team in Singadivakkam. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for plant and support functions, partnering with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding quality talent. You will also drive campus, lateral, and volume hiring initiatives, coordinate offer management, ensure a seamless candidate experience, track recruitment KPIs, and maintain recruitment MIS. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Automotive, Electrical, or High-Volume Manufacturing, with proven experience in hiring for production, engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain, finance, HR, and leadership roles. Exposure to high-volume hiring, greenfield expansion, bulk recruitment drives, and experience with job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment consultancies, and employee referral programs are required.
