The FM Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, preparing proposals and quotations, and achieving sales targets for Facilities Management services. The role involves identifying potential clients, conducting site visits, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with operations teams to deliver effective FM solutions. Key responsibilities include promoting and selling FM services such as Hard FM Services, Soft FM Services, Annual Maintenance Contracts, MEP Maintenance, Cleaning Services, Landscaping Services, and Specialized FM Solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field; 1-3 years of sales experience in Facilities Management, Maintenance, MEP, Construction, or related industries; knowledge of Facilities Management services; proven track record of achieving sales targets; UAE Driving License preferred.
