We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Group of Companies. The ideal candidate must have strong UAE recruitment experience and expertise in managing high-volume hiring across multiple business sectors. Mandatory requirements include a Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; 3-5 years of UAE recruitment experience; immediate joiners preferred; experience in Construction, Manufacturing, or Fabrication industries (Mandatory); proven experience in bulk recruitment and mass hiring; ability to recruit across all levels from blue-collar workers to senior management; strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills; excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Key responsibilities include managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, handling bulk hiring and project-based recruitment requirements, sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and agencies, conducting interviews, assessments, and candidate shortlisting, building and maintaining talent pipelines, preparing recruitment reports and hiring metrics, and supporting onboarding and joining formalities. The salary is up to AED 5,000 per month.
