We are seeking an Operations Head to lead and supervise all operational activities including unit management, after-sales service, and budget management. Responsibilities include controlling branch operational costs, managing spare parts (ordering, storage, usage, inventory), ensuring asset utilization and unit availability, overseeing workshop infrastructure, and managing unit auctions at the branch. Qualifications: minimum D3 degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering; at least 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor and Workshop Head in a workshop or transportation company; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); understanding of operational processes and systems in the automotive industry; strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
