We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Lead to support multiple Data & Analytics product teams. This is a contract role with a guaranteed utilization of 10% on-demand support for multiple teams. Mandatory requirements include 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead, strong facilitation of Agile ceremonies and backlog management, hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Backlogs, Sprint Tracking), proven ability to support multiple concurrent teams, and excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills. Preferred experience includes supporting Data & Analytics, BI, or Data Platform teams, familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, or Power BI, and Agile certifications (CSM, PSM I/II, PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc.).
