We are looking for an experienced QA Automation ServiceNow Test Engineer with strong automation and ServiceNow testing expertise. Mandatory skills include 6-7 years of hands-on experience in Selenium Automation Testing, basic coding experience in Java, strong implementation experience in ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework), experience in Playwright, Functional, Regression, and Integration Testing, and experience testing applications on the ServiceNow platform. Preferred skills include exposure to ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/ITAM modules, API Testing knowledge, Agile/Scrum experience, and CI/CD exposure. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining automation test scripts, executing automated and manual test cases, performing regression and upgrade testing, working closely with developers and business teams, and validating ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and custom applications. This is a contract position requiring 9+ years of experience and only GC & USC candidates.
