The company is hiring for a Java Onsite Manager based in San Francisco, California. The role requires strong Banking domain experience and expertise in onshore-offshore delivery management, Java technologies, and stakeholder coordination. Mandatory qualifications include Banking domain experience, strong experience in Java Application Development and Maintenance, proven experience as an Onsite Manager handling an Onshore-Offshore delivery model, and expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, JPA. Additional requirements include experience with Jenkins, JUnit, Mockito for build and testing, hands-on experience with AWS Services such as EC2, S3, and the AWS ecosystem, a strong understanding of SDLC, QA Processes, Metrics, and Project Planning methodologies, excellent Stakeholder Management, Customer Communication, and Delivery Coordination skills, ability to understand complex codebases and apply software engineering principles, and experience coordinating with global teams including Offshore delivery teams.
