We are hiring a seasoned Technical Program Manager with 15+ years of experience in the Commercial Banking domain. The role involves driving end-to-end delivery of complex banking programs including Lending, Payments, Treasury, and Trade Finance. You will partner with business, engineering, and leadership teams, manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and timelines, and act as a bridge between business and technology stakeholders. Lead Agile/Hybrid delivery and ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory standards. Required: 15+ years in Program/Project Management with strong TPM experience, deep domain expertise in Commercial Banking, ability to manage senior stakeholders globally, strong technical understanding of APIs, Microservices, Cloud, and Core Banking systems, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
