We are hiring a Project Manager for mixed-use commercial development. This role is for a developer-side PM, not a contractor-side Site Engineer. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience as a developer PM, driving contractors and thinking commercially about leasing and tenant mix. Experience in mixed-use, community mall, or retail projects is required. Responsibilities include managing contractors, architects, and engineers, with tenant coordination or leasing exposure as a strong plus. The role is full-lifecycle from construction management to commercial launch and tenant operations. This is a contract position for 12 months with a 6-month extension, offering hybrid work. Location: Salaya, Nakhon Pathom and Bangkok (Songwat Rd.). Salary up to THB 50,000 per month. Only one opening available.
