We are hiring an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function within a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven HR professional passionate about talent development, organizational effectiveness, and business growth. Key responsibilities: develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives; lead workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition; manage performance management, employee development, and succession planning; oversee compensation & benefits administration; ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; strengthen employee and industrial relations; monitor HR KPIs and support organizational development initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience including 3-5 years as HR Manager; mandatory manufacturing experience; strong knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law; experience with SAP HR and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus. Preferred competencies: strong leadership and people management; excellent communication; strategic thinking; analytical and decision-making skills. Company transportation available.
