Candidates must hold NEBOSH IGC or Diploma, have HAZOP and ATEX familiarity, and possess 5+ years of HSE experience in a hydrocarbon terminal/logistics environment. Responsibilities include coordinating with control rooms, auditing Permit-to-Work systems, field-verifying isolations and gas tests, maintaining risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
