We are hiring an OT Cybersecurity Engineer to support a leading client in the petrochemical sector. This role focuses on securing industrial control systems (ICS), ensuring compliance, and strengthening the organization's OT security posture. Key responsibilities include supporting OT cybersecurity initiatives across industrial environments (SCADA, DCS, PLCs), performing system hardening of OT assets, vulnerability identification and remediation, assisting in OTCC compliance activities, internal OT cybersecurity audits and assessments, collaborating with IT, engineering, and operations teams, monitoring OT security risks, supporting incident response activities, and maintaining proper documentation, reports, and compliance records. Required skills include hands-on experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, strong knowledge of SCADA/DCS/PLC environments and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC, etc.), experience with system hardening, vulnerability management, OT security tools and monitoring, familiarity with OTCC framework in Saudi Arabia, understanding of standards like IEC 62443/NIST, and strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Experience required: 3-7+ years of experience in OT cybersecurity, experience in petrochemical, oil and gas, or industrial sectors preferred, Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, or related field, and certifications preferred (GICSP, CISSP/CISM, ISO 27001). Salary up to 27,000 SAR all-inclusive. Contract role, extendable.
