We are seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Architect with over 10 years of experience to drive enterprise-wide transformation in the banking domain. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The architect will define and evolve enterprise architecture strategy, vision, and roadmaps across business, data, application, and technology domains. Responsibilities include developing reference architectures, principles, and standards aligned with business goals and regulatory expectations; analyzing business capabilities and defining target architectures for modernization and digital transformation; leading architecture governance and review boards; providing hands-on guidance to solution architects and development teams on cloud-native designs and microservices; evaluating and recommending emerging technologies like Cloud, AI/ML, Open Banking, and Blockchain; defining reusable architecture patterns for payments, core banking, and customer platforms; leading domain architecture across business processes, data, applications, and hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructure; ensuring non-functional requirements such as security, scalability, performance, and compliance are embedded; collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to translate strategy into execution roadmaps; supporting large transformation programs including core modernization, cloud migration, and digital banking; mentoring architects; and driving continuous improvement in architecture practices. Qualifications include 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience, expertise in frameworks like TOGAF, banking/fintech architecture experience, deep knowledge of cloud, microservices, APIs, integration patterns, data architecture, security, regulatory compliance, and strong stakeholder management skills.
