• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support a State of Virginia client. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Hands-on software development using Apex Classes. - Design and implement components using Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Manage Salesforce configuration, customization, and full lifecycle development. - Build and maintain Salesforce integrations and APIs. - Work extensively with Salesforce data models and security configurations. - Write queries and optimize data retrieval using SOQL and SOSL. - Handle Salesforce deployment and release management activities. - Collaborate effectively within an onsite team environment. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 8+ years of professional IT / Salesforce development experience. - Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. - Solid hands-on development expertise in Apex Classes and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, integrations, and APIs. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and platform security. - Solid proficiency with SOQL and SOSL. - Prior experience in Salesforce deployment and release management. - Prior State Government client experience is a plus. - Open to all visa types; local candidates preferred/required. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Richmond, VA (Onsite). - Interview Format: Mandatory Onsite Interview. - Employment Type: Contract (C2C / W2). • Application Instructions: Interested candidates should submit their updated resume along with current location, visa status, and contact details via the provided recruiter contact channel.
