### Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Cary, NC. This position requires strong technical expertise across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce integrations. Please note that this opportunity requires face-to-face interviews and is open to local candidates only. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Develop and maintain hands-on solutions utilizing Apex Classes, Triggers, Test Classes, Batch Apex, Queueable Jobs, and Scheduled Jobs. • Design and build responsive Lightning Web Components (LWC) leveraging JavaScript, Wire Adapters, and Apex integrations. • Write and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries, ensuring bulk processing efficiency and governor limit adherence. • Implement declarative automation, Salesforce Flows, and custom business logic. • Build and manage REST APIs, event-based integrations, Named Credentials, and secure data mapping configurations. • Implement and maintain Salesforce security models, including Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, and Field-Level Security. • Manage source control and release artifacts using Salesforce CLI, Git, Pull Requests, Sandboxes, and Metadata Deployments. • Troubleshoot production defects, analyze debug logs, and deliver robust resolutions. • Adhere to and enforce Salesforce development best practices and release management standards. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Proven hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer. • Strong background in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows. • Proven experience with REST APIs and event-driven architectures. • Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture and deployment tooling (Salesforce CLI, Git). • Proven problem-solving skills for production support and log analysis. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Cary, North Carolina (Onsite / Local Candidates Only) • Interview Process: Face-to-Face interview required ### Application Instructions Interested candidates who are local to Cary, NC and available for an in-person interview are invited to submit their updated resume via email.
