• Role & Company / Project Overview Martinet Technologies is hiring an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of experience and strong expertise in Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and CTI/Voice integrations to support contact-center operations. Local candidates only on an onsite basis. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications. - Build reusable LWC components and scalable Apex solutions. - Configure Omni-Channel routing and agent work assignments. - Implement inbound and outbound call-center workflows. - Integrate Salesforce with telephony and external enterprise systems. - Automate case creation, assignment, escalation, notifications, and follow-ups. - Troubleshoot production issues and support testing and deployments. - Collaborate with QA, business analysts, product owners, and contact-center stakeholders. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 8+ years of total Salesforce development experience. - Salesforce Service Cloud & Service Console. - Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Apex Classes, Triggers, Queueable & Batch Apex. - Omni-Channel Routing, Queues, Skills & Presence Statuses. - CTI/Telephony Integration, Screen Pops & Call Logging. - Salesforce Flow & Case Management. - SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs & Platform Events. - Salesforce Security, Sharing & Access Controls. - CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps & Salesforce Deployment Tools. - Visa Requirement: H1B. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: McLean, VA (Local Candidates Only – Onsite). - Work Arrangement: Strictly Onsite. • Compensation & Benefits - Standard industry compensation based on experience. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are requested to submit their updated resume via email.
