We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Programmer Analyst to support enhancements, defect remediation, and ongoing development of a recently deployed Salesforce application. The role requires expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Copado CI/CD, Jira, unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution. Key responsibilities include developing Apex classes, triggers, and LWC, enhancing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, following configuration-first best practices, utilizing Copado for CI/CD deployments, creating unit tests, troubleshooting production issues, collaborating with DevOps teams, documenting user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira, and contributing to technical documentation. This is a long-term contract position with a hybrid work model in Glen Allen, VA. Only local Virginia or nearby state candidates who can attend an in-person interview will be considered.
