We are hiring a Sales Office Administrator for our Retford office on a permanent contract. The role involves capturing sales orders and transferring them to our goods out warehouse, managing multiple customer enquiries, and communicating with logistics partners to arrange deliveries and track shipments. You will also provide holiday and absence cover for other administrative tasks in the sales department. Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail. Experience in a sales or customer service role and familiarity with company database systems are advantageous. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a salary of £27,500 per annum.
