We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer, Mobile (iOS) to lead the design, architecture, and development of enterprise-grade iOS applications while mentoring engineering teams and driving mobile modernization initiatives. Required skills include Swift, SwiftUI, native iOS development (7+ years), Xcode, Cocoa Touch, XCTest, core iOS frameworks, mobile application architecture and design patterns, technical leadership and code reviews, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and enterprise mobile application development. Preferred skills include Objective-C/C++, Firebase & Google Analytics, OAuth, Realm, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Java/J2EE/Spring Framework, Oracle/DB2/SQL Server, and Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket/Bamboo. Work authorization: USC & GC only. Hybrid role requiring 2 days onsite in Reading, PA. Contract-to-hire opportunity. Local or nearby candidates only.
