We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site execution for a major QatarEnergy EPC / EPIC Buildings project in Ras Laffan, Qatar. The role requires strong hands-on construction leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery in line with project specifications, schedule targets, and GSAS requirements. Key responsibilities include leading daily site construction execution activities, managing construction sequencing, manpower, and productivity, coordinating civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works, ensuring compliance with drawings, method statements, and ITPs, managing subcontractor performance, monitoring progress and supporting recovery planning, resolving site coordination issues, ensuring HSE and QA/QC compliance, and ensuring GSAS requirements are implemented. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, 20+ years total experience, 15+ years as Construction Manager on major site projects, GCC experience of 10+ years minimum, contractor-side EPC/EPIC building experience, GSAS-certified project experience, and QAR 100M+ project delivery experience.
