We are hiring a Technical Manager for an esteemed client in the UAE. The role involves leading façade design and engineering activities from concept to completion, coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients, managing technical risks, value engineering, and design optimization, and supporting project delivery within quality, budget, and timeline requirements. The ideal candidate will provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements include proven experience in façade engineering and technical management, strong knowledge of façade systems, design coordination, and project execution, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and experience working on large-scale construction projects in the GCC is an advantage.
