### Role & Company / Project Overview Indianeers Media Private Limited is inviting applications for the role of EDP Trainer under its Women Entrepreneurship Acceleration Programme in Ramgarh, Jharkhand. The programme aims to empower women from Self-Help Groups (SHGs) through targeted entrepreneurship and leadership training. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver entrepreneurship and leadership development training. - Guide participants on business planning and enterprise management. - Conduct sessions on governance and bookkeeping. - Train on costing, pricing, and regulatory business compliance. - Assist SHG leaders in developing sustainable enterprises. - Train 3 batches consisting of 20 SHG leaders per batch. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Relevant domain expertise and practical training experience. - Hindi fluency preferred. - Prior SHG field experience is an advantage. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to lead field-based training sessions. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Type: Project-Based / Contractual - Location: Ramgarh, Jharkhand - Field-based training schedule ### Compensation & Benefits - Project-based remuneration as per programme guidelines. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates should submit their updated CV to the programme coordinator.
