### Role & Company / Project Overview Indianeers Media Private Limited is hiring a Skill Development Trainer for Handloom Training & Development under the Women Entrepreneurship Acceleration Programme in Ramgarh, Jharkhand. The initiative aims to build sustainable livelihoods for SHG women through vocational and technical training. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct theoretical and practical skill training. - Develop technical and vocational handloom skills among participants. - Train participants on quality standards and workplace safety. - Teach techniques for value addition and product improvement. - Conduct pre-training and post-training assessments across 8 batches (30 SHG women per batch). ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Demonstrated domain expertise and vocational training experience. - Hindi fluency preferred. - Prior SHG field experience is an advantage. - Excellent communication and practical demonstration skills. - Capability to deliver structured field training. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Type: Project-Based / Contractual - Location: Ramgarh, Jharkhand - Field-based training schedule ### Compensation & Benefits - Remuneration as per project guidelines. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CV.
