### Role & Company / Project Overview Indianeers Media Private Limited is inviting applications for the role of EDP Trainer under its Women Entrepreneurship Acceleration Programme in Godda, Jharkhand. The project focuses on empowering women from Self-Help Groups (SHGs) through entrepreneurship, skill building, and sustainable livelihood creation. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver entrepreneurship and leadership development training. - Guide participants on business planning and enterprise management. - Conduct training on governance and bookkeeping. - Instruct on costing, pricing, and business compliance. - Support SHG leaders in establishing sustainable enterprise development. - Deliver curriculum across 3 batches with 20 SHG leaders per batch. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Relevant domain knowledge and practical training experience in entrepreneurship development. - Hindi fluency preferred. - Prior SHG field experience is an advantage. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to conduct field-based training. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Type: Project-Based / Contractual - Location: Godda, Jharkhand - Field-based training schedule ### Compensation & Benefits - Standard project-based honorarium/remuneration as per project norms. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their updated CV with the recruitment coordinator.
