### Role & Company / Project Overview Indianeers Media Private Limited invites applications from experienced professionals for the position of Handloom Trainer in Ramgarh, Jharkhand. The position is part of the Women Entrepreneurship Acceleration Programme focused on empowering Self-Help Group (SHG) women through weaving and textile skills. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Train participants on traditional and modern handloom techniques. - Facilitate practical weaving and textile production sessions. - Guide design development and product improvement. - Ensure quality enhancement and product value addition. - Provide guidance on market linkage and sustainable livelihood development. - Conduct training sessions as per project requirements. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - In-depth practical domain expertise in handloom weaving and textile crafts. - Relevant training and instructional experience. - Hindi fluency preferred. - Prior SHG field experience will be an advantage. - Good communication and field training capabilities. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Job Type: Project-Based / Contractual - Location: Ramgarh, Jharkhand - Field-based training as per project timelines ### Compensation & Benefits - Honorarium/pay according to project norms. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their updated CV.
