We are seeking a Business Integration Specialist to lead a strategic healthcare initiative focused on Health Information Exchange (HIE), Population Health, and Quality Improvement. This is a mid-level, business-focused leadership role—not a technical development position. Required qualifications include 3+ years of experience leading large, complex projects, strong understanding of healthcare data, health information technology, quality measurement, or program monitoring, excellent project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership, and strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred qualifications include Medicaid or healthcare policy experience, Population Health and Quality Improvement initiatives, Health Information Exchange (HIE) experience, clinical workflows, EHR/EMR, or medical coding knowledge, Digital Quality Measurement experience, and team leadership or supervisory experience. The position is based in Raleigh, NC with 1 day onsite per week, duration 12 months, and pay rate $45-$50 per hour.
