We are seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst to support a large-scale Medicaid Enterprise System (MES/MMIS) modernization initiative. The role involves developing operational reports and dashboards for Medicaid projects, analyzing and transforming data to support business decisions, creating data visualizations and executive-level reporting, and supporting CMS Certification activities and outcome reporting. The analyst will research federal and state Medicaid regulations, collaborate with business teams, vendors, technical teams, and stakeholders, and prepare documentation, SOPs, APDs, and PowerPoint presentations. Required skills include 5+ years of reporting/data analysis experience, 3+ years of MMIS/MES experience, 3+ years supporting CMS Certification or federal Medicaid regulations, strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools, advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, reporting, data analysis), and experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Teams. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential. State Government or Health & Human Services (HHS) experience is preferred. Highly preferred qualifications include Medicaid Claims Processing, MMIS Modernization, MITA, CMS Certification, and State Government Healthcare Programs.
